Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at DiscountHockeyTape.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unrolled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • For multi-packs or bulk cases, packs must remain in their original packaging with shrink-wrap/seals intact. Individual rolls from opened multi-packs are not eligible for a return.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required to complete your return.

Damaged or Defective Items If your tape arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@discounthockeytape.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item received).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • For bulk orders or high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your card issuer).

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or style, simply initiate a standard return for the eligible items and place a new order online.
